Timing matters
Orders ship from our supplier’s warehouse outside the United States and take 11–17 business days. For events, order at least four weeks ahead. Import duties are included in the price.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and never set up outdoors; damaged or incorrect items are handled with photos by email. Returns go to our returns-only address in Traverse City, Michigan, with a prepaid label.
