Use this checklist for any party where an inflatable or arch is part of the plan.
Four weeks before
- Order your arch or inflatable. Delivery takes 11–17 business days.
- Check the listed size against the entrance or spot.
One week before
- Test-inflate indoors or in the garage.
- Check that stakes, tethers and cords are ready.
- Find the nearest outdoor outlet and an outdoor-rated extension cord.
Event day
- Set up in daylight, at least two hours before guests arrive.
- Anchor every tie-down point.
- Keep cords out of walkways and away from water.
- Deflate if the wind picks up.
After the event
- Let it dry fully before folding to prevent mildew.
- Note: change-of-mind returns must be unused, so decide before you set it up if you might return it.
